All Star Thoroughbreds owners are able to inspect their horse every Sunday morning from 11am until 12 noon at Gai's stable, "Tulloch Lodge" 16 Bowral Street, Kensington (very close to Royal Randwick racecourse) when the horse is in training.

A weekly written report or "Track Flash" is faxed or emailed to each registered owner, to advise the horse's progress during that week. Each owner also receives a written report following their horses' trials whilst a written race report is sent to each owner with the proposed next race start date usually nominated.

Prior to each race start owners receive a call from stable staff to confirm that each owner is aware of their horse's race date, venue and race time. Gai's thoughts about the horse's prospects in the race are also advised to all owners.

Individual share partners may also communicate direct with Gai's stable from Monday to Friday during office hours on 02 9962 1488. Any after hours communication may be made through the Star Thoroughbreds paging number 02 9962 5835.

Each share partner receives an itemized monthly account from Gai's stable when the horse is in full training and an individual account is sent to all owners from the spelling farm when the horse is agisting.
