 | | BANK ROBBER LEAVES FOR A WELL DESERVED SPELL After a very successful campiagn which took him to Carnvial racing in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth,Bank Robber has gone for a well deserved spell and will return to racing later in the autumn. Stakeswinner of the Group 3 Tramway and the Listed Show County, Bank Robber ran a brave 2nd to his stablemate Theseo in the Group 1 Epsom Handicap at Randwick. He travelled south for the Group 1 Emirates at Flemington running a respectable 4th and his 5th in the Group 1 Railway Stakes in Perth took his career earnings to close to $400,000 ($393,000). Gai believes the lightly raced 4 year old son of Dash for Cash can add a Group 1 victory to his record, hopefully during his next preparation.
